Jeff has worked in sales and management of musical instruments and commercial audio gear for over 30 years. At Pro Acoustics, he manages the Sales Engineer team as well as designs and developments audio systems for customers. Jeff values honesty and integrity upon which trust and respect are built and strives daily to "walk the walk". He enjoys the challenges, always learning something new, and the family-oriented environment at Pro Acoustics.

Mae manages accounting, operations, and order processing for Pro Acoustics. She has a background in accounting with multiple years of related experience. Mae appreciates that the Pro Acoustics team has a sense of a shared vision and goals. Every team member plays a part in the company’s success. Mae strives to learn something new every day and reveres being faithful in the small things and trying to be better today than yesterday. She values honesty, integrity, accountability, humility, and delivering quality work.

Robin manages the marketing department and assists with technology and software integration and maintenance. With 12+ years of experience in digital and traditional marketing, web development, IT, and customer care, she enjoys constantly learning and facing new challenges at Pro Acoustics. Robin strongly believes in always doing her best, no matter the task, and aspiring to get a little better every day. To her, Pro acoustics is a family that works together to obtain big goals and have fun while they do it. Robin strives to follow in the footsteps of the other leaders at the company by conducting herself with kindness and integrity.

Logan is experienced, certified, and licensed to effectively oversee the shipping, receiving, and warehouse management for Pro Acoustics. He has been working in similar industries since 2014, managing every department from the ground floor of manufacturing and up. Logan is a U.S. Army Veteran who believes in hard work, honesty, accountability, and dependability. He appreciates the great culture at Pro Acoustics and having bosses that understand and encourage work-life balance.

Kali manages the customer service department ensuring Pro Acoustics customers are taken care of, and also helps to support the accounting department. She has worked in customer service for several years and is driven by a strong work ethic, dependability, and responsibility. Kali likes working at Pro Acoustics because they treat all their employees like family. She enjoys that her job brings something different every day.

Nathan designs audio systems for Pro Acoustics customers and works with them to make their audio dreams a reality. He's been a professional audio engineer since 2004 for production companies, houses of worship, and nationally touring artists before transitioning to audio sales with Pro Acoustics in 2013. Nathan loves helping people and believes that quality audio brings people together and enhances life's experiences. "Many clients worry that they don’t have the funds available for their audio needs, but are often pleasantly surprised at what we can deliver even for a limited budget." He feels strongly that everyone deserves to get the best audio system to meet their needs.

Harmony is an artist and musician with 10+ years of customer service experience. She uses her knowledge of audio and the customers to maintain products and content on the Pro Acoustics website. She has vastly grown her skills while working with the company and is always eager to learn new things. Harmony loves working with Pro Acoustics because it feels like a family, and they take care of their own. She will tell you that this is her dream job and she treasures being able to be creative every day. Honesty and integrity are the values that Harmony lives by.

Susan works in order processing reliably grinding away in data entry, accounts payable, invoicing, purchasing, customer service, and human resources. She has a special bond with her co-workers and likes being part of a team while also having the freedom and trust to work independently. At Pro Acoustics, Susan knows the door of communication is always open and never has to be afraid to share her thoughts. Susan also appreciates the generosity and genuine consideration she receives from the leaders at Pro Acoustics. Amanda is part of the Pro Acoustics order processing team. She is driven by dependability, responsibility, and integrity and has spent the last 4 years in the order processing and clerical field. Merry designs sound systems and helps implement all aspects of her customer's businesses. Her passions are sound masking, assisted listening systems, and working with restaurants, hospitality, and sports complexes. Merry has experience as a technical engineer within the IT sector and has worked with Pro Acoustics for over 15 years. She appreciates their family values and continued innovation. Merry's ideals include determination, loyalty, trustworthiness, kindness, and compassion, and she shows this in her relationships with her Pro Acoustics clients. "I want to give my clients the same devotion I give my family."

Josh designs, sells, and supports professional and commercial audio, video, and lighting systems for Pro Acoustics' clients. He has been in sales for most of his career. He also previously ran the sound for a church but more recently traveled with his family, singing and playing music. He enjoys hard work, continuing to grow, and helping others, and loves the fun, fast-paced, tight-knit family feel at Pro Acoustics. "With the experience and what I believe is a God-given ear, I get to help customers design an experience to help them express their talents in the best way possible!"

Matthew has an extensive background in home, marine, and mobile audio, as well as significant experience in telecommunications with Google and Samsung. He brings with him a wealth of experience and a unique perspective that enables him to handle a wide range of customer needs. His journey from consumer electronics to the world of high-quality professional audio has shaped his approach to customer service, where he provides personal attention and care to every inquiry. Matthew is committed to positive interactions, believes in the Golden Rule, and is always willing to take on new challenges.

Madison monitors customer orders and handles any concerns they may have to ensure a quality experience with Pro Acoustics. She has worked in customer service for the better part of 10 years, from waiting tables to office life. "I love the team mentality this company has, as well as the respect and dedication to their employee's work and life balance." Madison's most important life values are kindness, integrity, and respect for others' differences.

Travis brings a wealth of experience and passion to his role at Pro Acoustics. With over 20 years immersed in the audio world as a musician, live sound apprentice, and studio enthusiast, Travis is adept at providing top-notch technical support to our customers. His background includes a unique blend of hands-on experience. Travis thrives in the dynamic environment at Pro Acoustics, where each day presents new challenges and learning opportunities. He finds immense satisfaction in solving problems. At the core of Travis's work ethic is a deep-seated drive to prevent technical hiccups for our valued clientele.

Clint brings over a decade of experience in inventory management, order processing, distribution operations, and product shipping to his role as a Warehouse Specialist at Pro Acoustics.
